Production Process (Strict Quality Control) Our BONKFC Fence factory is equipped with Swiss Schlatter welding machines and 32 ITW GEMA automatic powder coating guns to guarantee precision and durability. Each step is monitored by professional quality inspectors:

Quality and details at a reasonable price are our philosophy. Quality Control Raw Material: High-strength steel wires (Q195/Q235) only. After Welding: Panels tested for flatness and strong joints. After Powder Coating: Thickness measured, adhesion tested. Final Check: All panels packed with protective film, pallets, or cartons as per customer’s request. BONKFC ensures 100% inspection before delivery, complying with EN10244 and EN10346 standards.

Check whether the PVC coating thickness reaches more than 500 microns.
Check whether the double-sided spray coating thickness is more than 120 microns.
