4.Sanding process:

BONKFC adopts advanced pre-treatment technology, which can not only remove surface impurities, but also will not damage the galvanized layer on the surface of the fence, thus extending the service life of the goods.

5.Phosphating:

Our company uses advanced nano-ceramic technology,after phosphating,the surface then produce the film,for powder coating bonding,anti corrosion

6.Powder coating：BONKFC has 2 powder coated production lines that ensure fast delivery and effectively meet customer requirement.

7.We use high quality Akzo powder. Use 32 imported ITW GEMA guns from Switzerland to guarantee surface quality, achieving a powder coating thickness of 120 microns.
