The Double Wire Fence, also known as twin wire fence, 2D panel fence, or double wire mesh fence, is a heavy-duty welded fence system designed for long-term perimeter protection. Each mesh panel is composed of one vertical wire welded between two horizontal wires, offering outstanding rigidity and impact resistance. Compared with ordinary welded mesh fences, the double wire fence provides higher strength, improved anti-damage capability, and a clean, modern appearance suitable for both residential and industrial use.
BONKFC Double Wire Fence is manufactured from high-quality Q195/Q235 low-carbon steel wire, processed with precise welding technology to ensure firm solder joints and flat panel surfaces.
The fence is commonly made with 6/5/6 mm or 8/6/8 mm wire combinations — meaning the vertical wire is 5 mm or 6 mm, and the two horizontal wires are 6 mm or 8 mm respectively. This configuration significantly increases structural strength and resistance to bending or cutting.
Double Wire Fences are compatible with double-peach posts,I-type posts ,and Y-type posts (which can be equipped with barbed wire).
High Strength & Stability: The twin horizontal wire design doubles the rigidity and effectively resists deformation and external impact.
Corrosion & Weather Resistance: Hot-dip galvanizing and AkzoNobel polyester powder coating offer long-lasting rust prevention, with a service life of over 10–15 years.

To get a longer life foryour product ,following anumber of pre-treatment processes to remove arease and impurities then zirconium layer.

BONKFC has 2 powder coated production lines that ensure fast delivery and effectively meet customer requirement.
3. We use 32 imported ITW GEMA guns from Switzerland to guarantee surface quality, achieving a powder coating thickness of 120 microns;using ISO-certified AkzoNobel powder.
4. Quality Inspection

Raw materials: low carbon steel wire or stainless steel wire
Mesh opening: 76.2mm*12.7mm
Wire diameter: 4.0/6.0/4.0 mm

Hot Dipped Galvanized: Through the hot-dipped galvanizing process after welding, a protective layer is formed on the steel surface. This coating can effectively prevent oxidation corrosion and prolong the service life of steel.
PVc Coating (Plastic Coating) or Powder Coating after galvanized. We choose hioh gualty powder for spraving, which combines with the qalvanized laver on the steel surface to form a more effective protective layer. it can better prevent the steel from oxidation and corrosion, Therefore, our fencing system can stay beautiful and strong for a longer time.and this treatment will make the fence more beautiful.
