1. Raw Material Selection: High-quality steel wires are sourced and delivered to our factory. All raw materials meet international standards for fencing systems.
2. Wire Stranding: We use Swiss-imported Schlatter machines to strand the wires. This ensures the wire surface is smooth with no visible scratches or imperfections.
3. Mesh Welding: With precision Schlatter welding equipment, we produce:

4. Mesh Panel Bending: According to the design specifications, we apply the appropriate number of V-bends for additional rigidity. The number of bends is customized based on panel height.
5. Nano-Ceramic Phosphating: Before coating, all panels undergo advanced nano-ceramic treatment to remove surface impurities and black oxide. This process improves powder adhesion and enhances corrosion resistance.
6. Powder Coating: BONKFC uses 32 imported ITW GEMA spray guns for even and flawless coating application. We use only ISO-certified AkzoNobel powder for long-lasting weather and rust protection.

2. Bending Accuracy: Each panel is checked for the correct bend angle and symmetry to meet technical and aesthetic requirements.
3. Surface Cleanliness: After nano-ceramic treatment, white cloth wiping is used to detect any remaining black dust or surface stains.
4. Powder Coating Thickness: Our inspectors use professional tools to measure the spray thickness and confirm it complies with client specifications.
