The production period was slightly longer than a standard trial order because the customer required customized fence fixing clamps that were not compatible with our existing moulds.
Instead of using alternative fittings that might not provide an accurate fit, we decided to develop a dedicated mould for the project. This allowed us to manufacture the fixing clamps according to the customer's drawings and ensure proper compatibility with the fence panels and posts.

Individual Mesh Panel Inspection
Every 3D welded mesh panel was inspected individually. Our team checked wire diameter, welding strength, bending geometry and coating thickness to ensure that each panel met the specified requirements.
Weld Point and PVC Coating Inspection
Welded areas were carefully checked and finished to maintain a smooth and consistent PVC-coated surface, without exposed welds or sharp spots.
Customized Fixing Clamp Measurement
Each custom-made fixing clamp was measured against the customer's drawings before packing. This ensured dimensional accuracy and proper compatibility with the fence posts and mesh panels.
Through these inspection procedures, we aimed to ensure that the complete 3D panel fencing system was ready for installation upon arrival.
