Galvanized pipes (raw materials) are delivered to the factory.
2. The raw material pipes are cut.
3. Laser hole cutting is performed using Japanese and Swiss YASKAWA equipment, which offers the advantages of zero error, as well as smooth and burr-free cut edges.
4. Welding is done with Japanese and YASKAWA robot welding equipment, a key feature of BONKFC. Compared to manual welding, it is more efficient, with a higher daily output. The welds are strong, durable, and aesthetically pleasing.
5. Pre-spraying treatment involves a series of processes such as nano-ceramic technology, phosphating, and polishing production lines to enhance surface adhesion for better spraying.
6. BONKFC has 2 top-tier spraying lines in the industry: each line is equipped with 32 Swiss ITW Gema spray guns to ensure uniform spraying; and it uses Akzo Nobel powder with ISO certification.
7. From raw materials to finished products, BONKFC conducts comprehensive quality inspections to ensure that every process meets high standards.
