Galvanized Palisade Fence

All steel palisade products are supplied hot dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 14612009 to give long term weather resistance. Pales can also be supplied in a plain mild steel finish or polyester powder coated to your RAL colour specification.

The Pales are secured to a horizontal rail using M8 bolt and cone nuts.  We can also supply and install anti-vandal rivets and collars upon request.

We offer a range of traditional "D" section and "W" section pales as well as single pointed, rounded and rounded and notched individual pales in a full range of heights.

1. The sharp edges will be polished to ensure there are no burrs.

   
   

2. Pre - treatment before spraying(sanding): After removing impurities, the surface is smooth, which can better increase the adhesion. 

    

3. BONKFC has 2 powder coated production lines that ensure fast delivery and effectively meet customer requirement.

   
   

4. To ensure the durability and appearance texture of the products, we use ISO-certified Akzo Nobel Powder.

   
   

5. We use 32 imported ITW GEMA guns from Switzerland to guarantee surface quality, achieving a powder coating thickness of 120 microns

   
   

6. We will conduct a cross-cut test to evaluate the adhesion of the sprayed coating. The process involves scribing a grid pattern with a knife, applying adhesive tape, and then peeling it off to check if the coating firmly adheres to the surface.
