Palisade fencing is a high-security steel fence system designed to provide long-lasting protection for industrial, commercial, and residential properties. It is manufactured from strong Q195/Q235 steel, hot-dip galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461:2009 standard, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and durability even in harsh outdoor conditions.

Pales: Available in both “D” section and “W” section, with options of single-pointed, rounded, or rounded & notched tops.
Heights: From 1.8m up to 3.6m or custom specifications.
Rails & Fixings: Pales fixed to horizontal rails using M8 bolts and cone nuts, with optional anti-vandal rivets and collars.
Surface Finish: Hot-dip galvanized, powder-coated, or PVC coated.
Powder Coating: Using AkzoNobel certified powder with 120 microns thickness, applied by 32 Swiss ITW GEMA spray guns for a uniform, durable finish.
Edge Processing: All sharp edges polished to remove burrs for safety during installation and use.
Our factory operates 2 advanced powder coating lines with an annual output capacity exceeding 80,000 meters of palisade fencing.
Pre-treatment: Sanding and nano-ceramic phosphating improve adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Coating Test: Each batch undergoes a cross-cut adhesion test, tape peel test, and thickness check (average 120 microns).
