一、Project Overview 

The Port of Melbourne is an important international trade hub in southeastern Australia, handling over 3.8 million TEU s annually, covering high-value minerals, precision machinery, cross-border e-commerce goods, etc. It needs to comply with Australian AS 5039 security gate standard and SCA corrosion resistance certification, while meeting the dual needs of "tiered security + efficient access" the customer finally selected our customized metal security gate system.

Product Specifications Size:

Double-leaf gate width 3.0 meters (for large freight trucks), single-leaf gate width 1.2 meters (for personnel and small vehicles)

Material: 316 stainless steel base material, Sa 2.5 grade sandblasting pre-treatment + epoxy primer (dry film thickness 120μm) + polyurethane topcoat (dry film thickness 80μm); door frame is 100mm×50mm×3.5mm rectangular steel tube (with built-in reinforcing ribs)

Structural details: Triple-authentication locking system (MSIC card recognition + facial recognition + remote authorization), with stainless steel casters and electric assist device at the bottom 

Installation: Modular installation, real-time linkage with port security system, adapting to coastal outdoor environment
