Product Specifications

Size:width 2130mm x height 2900mm

Material: High-quality galvanized steel, treated with nano-ceramic phosphating and powder coated

Horizontal tubes size: 40mm x 80mm x 1.5mm square tube

Vertical tubes size: 10mm x 50mm x 1.2mm square tube, spaced 45mm apart

Surface treatment: Black powder coated

Installation: Secured to the ground via three support legs welded to flanges(base plate) on the bottom of the horizontal tubes; railings panels are connected and fastened together using internal connectors and screws.

三．Quality Assurance

To ensure our products deliver the best performance, we conduct comprehensive quality checks:

Check the qualification of raw material pipes

Check that laser cutting meets the requirement of zero error with no burrs

Check the appearance and firmness of the welds.

Check for welding slag and impurities on the surface.

Check whether the spray coating thickness is more than 150 microns.
