一、Project overview
To meet strict material standards for harsh desert environments and fulfill the client’s requirement of a 10-year warranty service, we adopted our 17 years of manufacturing experience in fencing solutions. We recommended hot-dip galvanized chain link fence with outer PVC coating featured outstanding anti-corrosion performance.
Owing to its superior rust resistance and long-term durability under high temperature, sandstorm and arid desert conditions, the client finally selected this high-performance chain link fencing for site enclosure protection.
二.Our SolutionPrior to contract signing, our drafting team produced detailed drawings in accordance with the client’s requirements and sent them to the customer for final confirmation.

三、Quality Assurance
For every batch of products manufactured, we conduct comprehensive quality checks.
1.Test the tensile strength of wire to verify it meets 350–550 MPa 2. Inspect the actual length of each roll in meters
3. Check chain link fence edges for cracks 4. Measure the overall height of the chain link mesh
5. Verify wire diameter and mesh opening size 6. Test double-side zinc coating weight to ensure it reaches 550 GSM
四.Execution Highlights
High Corrosion Resistance: Hot-dip galvanized coating + PVC coated.
Long Service Life: Under normal outdoor conditions, it can achieve a service life of 15-20 years
Wire dimensions and tolerances in accordance with BS EN10218-2.
All wires are galanised in accordance with BS EN 10244-2 Class A.
