358 mesh fencing, also known as prison mesh fence, high security mesh fence, or anti-climb fencing, is one of the most secure welded mesh fencing systems in the world. The name "358" comes from its mesh size of 76.2mm x 12.7mm (3” × 0.5”) with 4.0mm wire thickness, which makes it extremely difficult to climb or cut with conventional tools.
It is widely chosen for prisons, airports, power stations, borders, and military bases, where maximum perimeter protection is required.

Production Steps:

4. Bending: Custom designs including 90° bends, arc, zig-zag, or multiple angles.
5. Nano-ceramic phosphating: Removes grease and impurities, improves adhesion.
6. Powder Coating: Using 32 ITW GEMA Swiss spray guns with AkzoNobel ISO-certified powder, coating thickness ≥120 microns.

1. The thickness before spraying is 3.939mm, and after spraying is 4.180mm.
2. A layer of film will be placed between each mesh sheet to prevent the plastic layer from being worn.
