Every 3D Mesh Fence panel undergoes strict quality control at each stage: Raw Material Inspection: Wire diameter and coating quality are tested before welding. First Article Inspection: Panel dimensions, flatness, and bending angle verified against drawings. Process Inspection: Coating adhesion tested with a white-cloth wipe test after nano-ceramic pretreatment. Final Inspection: Coating thickness, color uniformity, and packing integrity checked before shipment. Third-party inspections (SGS, CCIC) are also accepted.
Test whether the tensile strength of the wire reaches 500-600Mpa.
Check if the quality inspection wire has scratches
Inspect the weld joint firmness verify the solidity of weld seams
The diagonal measurement error shall not exceed 2mm.
Inspect the welds for spatter and foreign impurities.
Check the neatness of the mesh sheets and verify if a protective film has adhered to the surface.
Measure the mesh size to check if it meets the standards.
Check whether the double-sided spray coating thickness is more than 120 microns.
