The 3D Mesh Fence, also known as V Mesh Fence, curved mesh fence, or triangle bend fence, is a modern welded wire panel system widely used for residential, industrial, and public security fencing.
Each 3D Mesh Fence panel is made from high-quality low carbon steel wire and features distinctive V-shaped bends that increase rigidity and provide a clean, architectural look.
Our newly designed adjustable 3D Mesh (with corners) can flexibly fit irregular areas with different corner angles.
Compared with standard welded mesh panels, the 3D Mesh Fence has stronger structural stability, better anti-deformation performance, and is more suitable for medium-security perimeter applications such as residential areas, schools, sports grounds, factories, and airports.

Every 3D Mesh Fence panel undergoes strict quality control at each stage:
Raw Material Inspection: Wire diameter and coating quality are tested before welding.
First Article Inspection: Panel dimensions, flatness, and bending angle verified against drawings.
Process Inspection: Coating adhesion tested with a white-cloth wipe test after nano-ceramic pretreatment.
Final Inspection: Coating thickness, color uniformity, and packing integrity checked before shipment.
Third-party inspections (SGS, CCIC) are also accepted.
Inspection process
1. After welding the mesh, special quality inspectors will check whether the height, width of the panel and the size of the mesh meet the requirements of the drawings.
2. The bending degree will also be inspected to see if it meets the requirements of the customer.
3. After the nano-ceramic technology treatment, quality inspectors will use a piece of clean white paper to wipe the surface of the panel to check for black stains.
4. Finally, the thickness of the spray coating will be inspected to see if it meets the customer's standards.
